KEEM is a collaboration between artists Kate Elliott and Emma McGarry. It was established in 2011, as an exploration into the nature of collaboration. Through methodology, ongoing discussion and debate, KEEM produces work which continuously questions subjectivity, materiality and identity.

Super 8 Cam - Emma



Starting with your left foot, the camera - and my eyes - trace the outline of your body. We never loose contact with your skin. Moving slowly up the outside of your left leg, along your body, we travel along your left arm, over your fingertips and back along the top of your arm towards your neck. We push up and through your hair, over your head and back down towards your right shoulder. We move out along the top of your right arm, over your fingertips and back towards your body. We pause before moving down. Past your breast we take in your side and then the film runs out...
